Having always had a passion for tasty food and a keen eye for perfection, I have gained lots of experience in cooking and baking over the last 20 years. There is no particularly specialist area, I love to cook anything and everything.

The one thing I do feel massively passionate about is freshness. Food tastes best when it's fresh and organic, so I grow as much produce as possible for the deli, and all suppliers are carefully scrutinised to make sure we get the best of the best for our customers.

The old saying, "If it aint broke, don't fix it" is very resonant at Sanders Yard. We keep it as simple as possible, but still create great flavours because we know there's no need to heavily process food to make it taste fantastic.
